Things are going slow… but I’m planning to hire a worker from a forum I go on. Hopefully, they will be able to restore all the archives since I’ve been slowly becoming more busy with homework… so, we’ll see who I choose, and if they’re not good… they’ll get fired and I’ll rehire. And everything will be soon back on track. Again, I give my apologies.
Club Penguin Pins now have short-links that redirect to the WordPress URL! Here they are:
So the second clothing catalog of the year is here! It’s Friday, and the week is almost over! I don’t see much of a theme in this month’s clothing catalog, but the clothes look cool! There are 4 new catalogue cheats, and the rest are old. So, let’s start shall we? First cheat is to click the top of the second tree you see on the first page (after the Create Your T-Shirts pages) for The Brunette (300 coins) and the Purple String Dress (400 coins).
Second cheat is to click the top of the mountain on the page next to it for the Pastel Suede Jacket (700 coins).
Third cheat is to click the top of the tree that is to the right of the mountain for the Pom Pom Scarf (250 coins).
Fourth cheat is to click the carrot noise on the snowman behind the penguin on the next page for the Pink Snorkel (200 coins).
Fifth cheat is to click the snowman hat for the Jade Necklace (200 coins).
Sixth & seventh cheats is to click the bubble next to the fish on the next pair of pages for the Red Viking Helmet. Open & close it 4 times for the Blue Viking Helmet (750 coins & 1200 coins).
Eighth cheat is to click the Coins for Change barrel on the stand for the Stocking Cap (200 coins).
Ninth cheat is to click the top of the tall, left tree for the Long Johns (350 coins).
Tenth cheat is to click all the instruments you can see in the middle tree for the Drumsticks (120 coins), Trumpet (450 coins), Acoustic Guitar (700 coins) and the Snare Drum (380 coins).
That’s it for the Penguin Style clothing catalogue cheats. Originally posted on Monday, February 8, but I changed the date back to Friday, February 5. So, do you think those were all good cheats? I think there could of been more cheats than 4. I like that cap & hoodie that was on the page after the “Create Your T-Shirt!” pages. This was Ninjinian posting today. Bye!
Well, the second month of the year is here… February! And this month will be a lot of fun! There will be lots of celebrations and surprises. January was awesome, wasn’t it? January went very quick, didn’t it? Well, anyway, our man Billybob says that there’s going to be a lot happening this month, with lots of big plans! And with that, he’s given us 3 new sneak peaks for what’s going to be happened later on this month.

Not that hard to guess. What do you think? This is what I think:
- Another Puffle Party for 2010!
- New Puffle Furniture!
- New Play!
That’s what I think. It was very quite obvious. We’ll see what happens, eh?
There’s a new Club Penguin book out! This is the 7th Club Penguin book, I believe, and it’s called “The Great Puffle Switch“. I think it’s linked to the Puffle Party that starts on February 19. What do you think? I got the picture below from Amazon.com and the others below it I took myself. Looks like a good book to me. I also found a description of the book:
A magical event has occurred on Club Penguin… you and your pet puffle have switched bodies! See life through the eyes of a puffle as you go on amazing adventures, along with some new puffle friends. In the end, will you find a way to switch back to a penguin or will you wind up a puffle forever? The choice is yours…
That description sounds so cool! Imagine that? Switching bodies with your puffle? That sounds so cool, doesn’t it? I’d love to buy that book and enter the codes and unlock the book on Club Penguin. I reckon it will first release in the US, in places like Walmart, Toys R Us and that. Then possibly some months after in other countries.
Who’s gonna buy it when it releases? If you do, you could send us some codes and we’ll credit you! I think the book’s releasing on March 4, 2010, so watch out for that book in the stores, okay? Also, watch out for the Puffle Party that starts on Friday, 19 January. This is the second Puffle Party ever, and I hope that it’s even better than last year!
There’s a new pin, and it’s called the Speaker Pin – and is located in the Pet Shop on top of the wooden puffle houses. It’s probably to do with the Night Club updates, but we can only guess at that. Can’t miss it. Have you heard of the Night Club updates that are coming soon?
The pin is still big, like the Puffer Fish & all the others. I think that the pins will stay big from now on so that penguins can spot them easily. I take my pictures in Miniclip Club Penguin, so the pin would look really big if it was in Big Screen!
The Mine Project – also called the Cave Expedition – has finally started after all those mysterious signs in the Mine which showed a rockslide forming. Nobody really knew what it was for… many thought that the rockslide was to do with Herbert’s new plan for Mission 11 – and some even thought a new room was coming. It is specifically a new room.. but also a project. Click the poster in the Town/Plaza and some other places and go to the Mine!

Once your there inside the Mine, you can see that the rockslide has been removed and built, and a tunnel has been formed, which leads inside the Mine Cave. It says ”CAUTION! Digging in progess!” That means if you already have the Hard Hat, you can progress. If you don’t have it, then pick one up!
Inside the whole place has been changed, and there is a machine at the back which powers the electricity in here. Because there isn’t enough electricity here, it would be hard to power stuff that’s underground. So you have to keep throwing snowballs in the the machine for power. Note that you don’t have to do it yourself, others can do it and will affect you too. If nobody in the room powers the machine the lights will go off.
Click the next picket sign to find… the hidden treasure! First, all you gotta do is wear a hard hat or use a shovel. Hmm… never knew that you could use a shovel, but if you do have a shovel – use it! And while your holding/wearing your shovel/hard hat, make sure that you are not wearing anything else! Then all you have to do is press D on your keyboard to dance, then you start shovelling/drilling, then you can find all pieces of the treasure.
There are 4 pieces to the treasure, and the treasure is quite cool! And if you see that tip which says at the bottom, try digging in different areas! They don’t mean try, they mean that each time you have found a part of the treasure, you have to move a bit to another piece of land… because you wouldn’t find all pieces just standing in one place, would you? Now when you’ve found all pieces, you open the cave!
Sweet or what? An Amethyst Pin! Pretty much like the Ruby Pin, except this is just… purple. Maybe there will be orange, and brown, and gold! But once you’ve retrieved your treasure, the boulder in the top corner under the Moderator badge will move away, and will lead into the Hidden Lake!
So here is the hidden lake! Not much to do here unless your a member… because for non-members, the journey’s ended! Go to the For Sale sign up the 4 stairs and buy the Deep Sea Diving Suit for the next stage – if your a member, anyway – and this costume only costs 50 coins! Wow, what a discount! But the Deep Sea Diving Suit when put on can also make you swim by pressing D on your keyboard!
Now you can enter the Underwater Room! Remember that this is a members-only room. And I got a friend of mine that’s a member to take these for me, so if you see the glass compartment to the other side of the room in the water, you can go to it and enter the room. When you’ve entered the room, you should be able to see the Coral Reef Background. Go get that. I found out that when you try walking around in the Underwater place, you move like when your in the Ice Rink.
Above you can see the Amethyst Pin, Deep Sea Diving Suit and the Coral Reef Background, all put on. Now when you’ve got and completed the Cave Project slash Exhibition, there’s nothing else to it! You can go exploring in the cave again, or even steal some treasure from the Hidden Lake! These rooms will be closing soon, so you’d better get everything while you can!
The second pin of 2010 is the Puffer Fish Pin, and is located in the Iceberg near the Aqua Grabber and little bit above the question mark at the end of your toolbar. It still looks quite big, just about the same size as the Fireworks Pin – which was the first pin of 2010 – but when put onto your player card, it certainly goes smaller.
Anybody could see it. It would possibly the most standing-out object in the Iceberg besides the Aqua Grabber. What do you think the Puffer Fish from Aqua Grabber (which is a little bit different than the one’s in Aqua Grabber, the pin looks cuter) has anything to do with anything coming up. Interesting….
Well, the first Better Igloos catalog of 2010 is finally here, and will run until February. I’ve also included the Igloo Upgrades. The theme is based on cavemen/cavepenguins, with lots of stone-based furniture. The first cheat is to click the Stone Couch for the Portal Box (200 coins).
Second cheat is to click the second-blue part of the Stone Lamp for the HD TV (1000 coins).
Third cheat is to click the skis on the Ski Rack for the Snowboard Rack (600 coins).
Fourth cheat is to click the bird on top of the Santa Hat Snowman for the Nutcracker (950 coins).
Fifth cheat is to click the ribbon on the Christmas Wreath for the Small Christmas Tree (400 coins).
Sixth cheat is to click the star on top of the Large Christmas Tree for the Christmas Lights (30 coins).

Seventh cheat is to click the mattress of the Modern Chair for the Coat Rack(200 coins).
Eighth cheat is to click the second sunken ship in the Large Aquarium for the Shoe Rack (120 coins).
Ninth cheat is to click the right leg of the Coffee Shop for the Wood Stove (900 coins).
Tenth cheat is to click the right snow tower next to the ”Build Your Own Snow Fort” for the Fireplace (1200 coins).
Eleventh cheat is to click the three castle-like tops of the Snow Fortress Wall for the Icicles (150 coins).
Igloo Upgrades
And along with the Better Igloos catalogue - there’s the new Igloo Upgrades – and along with the Igloo Upgrades, there’s a new igloo. I didn’t spot any new floors, but if there are new floors, let me know. The hidden igloos can be found by clicking the rod in the corner of the floor-removing page.
And the new igloo is the Cave Igloo – perfect for an underground expedition – and is 2500 coins. It is absolutely new, though the style is very old. The only difference to the igloo it’s similar to is the floor and the wall. Put all your stone furniture inside and hold your expedition!
That is all, everybody! Posted a couple of hours late than usual (sorry!), but the new pin post is coming soon. And I am expecting the newspaper to be posted soon in the morning tomorrow. This was Ninjinian, posting the new Better Igloos & Upgrades.
The rockslide at the Mine has expanded even more, and I bet that construction is starting very soon for it! Rory the Construction Worker says that they are going to dig the rockslide. He says that he doesn’t know what’s going on, or does he? We’ll see what happens next week…
On Friday, January 15, also known as tomorrow, there’s the new Better Igloos & Upgrades catalogues. The theme is stone-aged times, so the new furniture will be based in a cave-themed, all made out of rock, making you feel like a caveman! There’s even going to be special igloo to suit the theme. Members, get ready!
There are more questions on what’s up with the Underground? There are a lot of questions to be answered. Who dug the Mine? It started with the Boiler Room, and with the Pool. We’ll need to check back next week for some answers to all these questions on the Underground Pool.

Well, I think that’s it! Quite a short newspaper, it looked to me. If you don’t include the comic, puzzle, tour, Ask Aunt Arctic – it’s kind of short. Anyway, that was Ninjinian posting the newspaper. Sorry if it arrived a bit late. Date has been moved to January 7.
