Club Penguin Puffle Party ’11

This year’s Puffle Party has arrived! There’s lots of things to do during this year’s Puffle Party – you can meet Cadence, go to the Puffle Show, explore all the different rooms and much more!

The only non-members free item is located at the Plaza. It’s a Blue Puffle Hat – very similar to last year’s free item. But with just a few colour changes. Like it? It’s not very creative as I’ve seen hats like these before.

Members can go to the Puffle Show which is located at the Ski Village.

If you go to the obstacle course your puffle will complete it. Set them up on a Puffle Grooming chair and then head to the Judging Stations. Then you and your puffle can take a break and have some snacks.

The free item is a Striped Puffle Jacket which is in the box in front of the third Puffle Grooming chair.

Now lets head to the Dance Lounge – which has turned into a Dessert Arcade. This looks like the Brown Puffle room, but doesn’t look scientific or brown-puffle themed though. But we’re here for the Rooftop.

Members can go to the Rooftop lift to the left of Thin Ice.

Go up to the Rooftop then you’ll see each colour puffle dancing all over the roof. The Green Puffle that is usually at the Night Club has took a spot on the DJ system. Cadence will visit this room during her visit.

Best of luck to everyone who wants to meet Cadence! The Puffle Party ends on February 27, 2011 – so you have more than a week to find her and enjoy the party! This has been Ninjinian posting the Puffle Party 2011.

JAN 2011: Penguins That Forgot Time at Stage

The Penguins That Time Forgot play is at the Stage from today! So go to the Plaza and go check it out at the Stage. It first appeared in June 2008 and returned in October 2009 – and now it returns again.

The Costume Trunk catalogue has all the clothes that are present in this play for you to purchase! And there’s even a cheat present in this catalogue.

Click the G of The Penguins That Time Forgot logo on the third page for the Grass Skirt. (200 coins)

And if you don’t have it already, buy the play-exclusive Volcanic Background for all players – purchasable for just 60 coins.

Enjoy the play while you can! It’s been revealed that after this play, the Viking Opera will return – along with a brand new pin to collect (like Ruby and the Ruby which also had a pin). This has been Ninjinian posting the latest play production – The Penguins That Time Forgot.

Club Penguin Wilderness Expedition

The Wilderness Expedition is finally here! There have been reports that the Brown Puffle will be spotted during this event. We’ll see what happens. Check out the poster at the Town which says “Explorers needed! Discover the wilds.” Then click Go There – or simply go to the Dock via map.

In the bottom-right corner will be a new path, with an arrow and some flags. Follow that arrow to arrive at the Glade.

At the Glade is the first and only free item, called the Expedition Hat, which kind of resembles a skunk-hat.

Next to the box will be a note, which says “I wonder where these machine parts are from? I’ll follow them.” – this is a clue to let you know how to get through the Wilderness.

The directions are below – just follow them to be lead to the next room. You can tell which path you need to take because which ever path is correct, will be parts of machines. As you go through the Wilderness it will be hard to spot those parts.

  • Right
  • Up
  • Right
  • Down
  • Left
  • Down
  • Right

In the hard-to-spot-parts places I have highlighted them in red.

You will now be at the Cliff. When you get there you will be awarded with the Path Finder stamp.

Now click the note tapped to the tree under your Mail icon, which says: “Who or what built this weird machine? How do I switch it on?” There it gives some clues on how to.

In the picture below I have highlighted everything you need to click. If you want you can use this list instead:

  1. Click the plug.
  2. Click the beans to the right of your Mail icon.
  3. Click the coffee maker tap.
  4. When it’s been poured into the jug, click the jug.
  5. Click the green button.
  6. Click the pink lever, then the blue lever.
  7. Then click the yellow button, pink, blue and the other pink button.
  8. Click the blue lever.
  9. Whichever piano keys turn green, click them.
  10. Throw 3 snowballs at the fire that comes up.
  11. Click the green piano keys again.
  12. Press the aqua-coloured button near the phone.
  13. Press all the green buttons.
  14. Pull the purple and blue levers.
  15. Click the gas cylinder wheel.
  16. Click the red lever near the phone.
  17. Click the hot sauce bottle.
  18. Click the water cylinder.
  19. Then click the air vent.
  20. Click the toaster after it goes down.
  21. Throw 4 snowballs at the target that shows up.

When you do that you can get in the barrel. If you return to the Cliff after doing this process – there will be a red button near the note which you can click to automatically go to the end of the process (the target).

You will now be at the Shore. Here you will need to build a boat to get to the cave and will also need to buy an item in order to do that.

Go to the booth and click the note there to buy a Life Jacket, which is 50 coins. You will need to to get onto the boat. Remember, safety first. 😉

Click the note for some clues on how to build it.

And you’ll be zooming off to the cave!

When you land, you will be at the Bay – and will also earn the Out At Sea stamp. Then head into the cave.

Here is… the Brown Puffle Cave! Here you can adopt a Brown Puffle and check out what else they do! There is a machine with loads of O’ Berries, puffles writing Maths, sleeping and bouncing.

Click the note near your Mail icon and read it. “What a find! I’ve been searching for a brown puffle for so long! Notes: Are those safety goggles? Did it build the machine on the cliff? It looks like only one will follow me. Excited to study these creatures.”

Then click the Adopt puffle and give it a name.

Here is some close-ups of the Brown Puffle:

And below is how a Brown Puffle would look if it wasn’t with the new design; compared to the current Brown Puffle design.

And here is a screenshot of a Brown Puffle dancing. It bounces up and down, left to right happily while wearing his goggles.

They like playing with an airplane and an electric ball and adore wearing their scientific goggles. It flies in the airplane and rubs into the electric ball and gets shocked. Their personality is very intelligent, and when they sleep they have a dream/nightmare of algebra. In super play a rocket ship appears and the brown puffle puts it’s goggles on, it jumps and puts on a daredevil helmet. The Rocket Ship launches but the Brown Puffle is blown away and is stunned. The emergency parachute pops out.

Looks quite different, right? Hope you enjoyed the Wilderness Expedition! And our post! This has been Ninjinian posting the Wilderness Expedition.

Coins For Change 2010 Results at Beach

Billybob revealed the Coins For Change 2010 results on the Community Blog already, but at the Beach there are more accurate results. Go to the Beach and click on the board near the Moderator badge.

Altogether we have 12,261,193,800 coins – that’s over 12 billion coins! Club Penguin also added cool facts – so that’s like:

  • 2,452,238,760 pizzas made in Pizzatron!
  • 2,919,332 years working as an EPF agent!
  • Buying 15,326,492 puffles!
  • Taking 490,447,752 pearls from Clams in Aqua Grabber!
  • Buying every single item of clothing ever released 16,613 times!

It also says how many dollars are going to each charity.

Woah, cool facts right? I donated over 5,000 coins, and I’m glad I helped to make a difference! Well done Club Penguin for helping the world! This has been Ninjinian posting Coins for Change results.

Coins For Change 2010: The Results

The results for the Coins For Change 2010 are in! Before the Holiday Party ended, we had filled up the Lighthouse and Beacon with loads of coins! Check out the video Club Penguin composed together for Coins for Change – you can check it out by clicking the image below which will lead to the Community Blog post with the video. Enjoy the video!

We gave more than 12 billion coins this year! That’s amazing! Below is information on how many dollars will go to each of the three causes:

  • $300,000 (approx. £129,394) will go to build safe places
  • $360,000 (approx. £230,872) will go to protect the earth
  • $340,000 (approx. £218,046) will go to provide medical help

Altogether that makes 1,000,000 dollars – meaning 1 million dollars will be donated. Great job, everyone! Thanks again for all the coins you donated. Billybob said that he would love to hear what you think of the results. This has been Ninjinian posting the Coins for Change 2010 results.

Club Penguin’s Holiday Party 2010

This year’s Holiday Party has arrived today, on December 16. Billybob said in his Community Blog posts that the party would arrive on the 16th but elsewhere it says the party starts on the 17th. Below is the Town, with the Coffee Shop, Night Club and Gift Shop all decorated in a Christmas-theme.

The free item is the Reindeer Antlers are you pick them up at the Ski Village. A little history on the item: it first appeared during the Christmas Party in 2007 – besides that, you can get it from the Series 1 and 5 Treasure Books. As they have returned three years on, the item is no longer semi-rare.

That’s the only free item available at the moment, besides the Rockhopper one. Now let’s check out some rooms. Here are some pictures of my favourite rooms – which includes the Coffee Shop and many other rooms:

While upstairs in the Book Room, read the Christmas novels which are only available for a limited amount of time. There are three books, which include “A Penguin Christmas Carol”, “Christmas on Rockhopper Island” and “Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic” – they were here during last year’s Holiday Party too.

In the Lighthouse, all the coins that you donate are collected here. If you stay in the room for long, the coins will fill up the whole room and then the room will be filled with coins! Go check it out now.

The Pizza Parlour is one of Rockhopper’s favourite rooms. He’ll be visiting here a lot. Have a feast with eleven of your friends on the table – there’s pizza, cake, fish and much more. Then open up the Christmas presents.

Now it’s time to check a brand new room that’s arrived today with the party.

The ??? Room

This new room is called the “??? Room” and you can enter it via the Town and Plaza. New paths have been made so that we can go there. The one at the Town is right to your Spy Phone and the Plaza path is to the right of the Coins for Change donation booth – the one next to the Parlour leads to the Forest instead.

As the room loads, it will say “Loading ???” – the room has purposely been made that because after the party, it will be transformed into the Community Room (read about it here).

If you throw a snowball, it will throw an ornament instead, which will be different shapes, colours and sizes. Have a look at the room and the snowballs below. Soon the room will be transformed.

Time for the members-only activity… Santa’s Sleigh Ride!

Santa’s Sleigh Ride

When you are in the Dance Lounge (which is now Santa’s Workshop), go up the stairs which says “Santa Sled: Win a Prize”. You will be leaded straight to the game. I’ll explain how to do it if you don’t know already.

Once you are ready, click the green FLY button. On the side of the sleigh it says how many presents left to deliver, just to keep track. There is the toys bag behind the sleigh to the next. Above your Spy Phone is the hole where the presents will drop, which you can do by pressing the red button. Every time you see a chimney, click the red button.

Each time you press that button, a present will fall out. Make sure you click the release button just before the hole is directly over the chimney because it is kind of slow and you will miss the chimney. If you miss a chimney, you don’t lose, you just carry on. Once you have delivered all 15 presents, click the red LAND button to come down.

A free item will pop up just to the left of the Moderator badge – it is a Santa’s Present Bag, also known as Santa’s Sack. This is a cool new item for members, don’t you think? It’s a shame there is a new item for members and not for non-members.

Well that it’s for this year’s Holiday Party post by Club-Penguin-Pins! Let us know if this post helped you by commenting, or if you’re a WordPress user, like this post! This has been Ninjinian posting the Holiday Party guide.

Club Penguin: Coins for Change 2010

Coins for Change is here! Along with Rockhopper helping out, and the Holiday Party – you can now donate your coins to the charity. There are quite a few booths spread out across the island which you can donate to.

This year you can donate to build safe places, protect the Earth and provide medical help – all for countries around the world. So choose which sub-charity you want your coins to go to next and then move on.

You can donate 100 coins, 500 coins, 800 coins or 5,000 coins. For each charity it says “Choose the amount of coins you would like to go to …” and the name of the sub-charity. In the middle, there will either be a house, some trees or a First Aid kit depending on which charity you have chosen to donate to.

At the end it says “Thank you. The coins you give will help change the world.” – then click Done. If you donate any amount of coins (100, 500, 800 or 5,000) you get a Volunteer stamp and if you donate 5,000 coins you get a Top Volunteer stamp. If you donate 5,000 coins on your first time donating you will get the stamps both at once.

When you have got those, you can check out your Stamp Book and view your new stamps. Check out the new stamps window below:

The first stamp, the Volunteer stamp says “Donate to a Coins For Change cause” and the the Top Volunteer stamp says “Give a  5000 coin donation to Coins For Change”. They are located in the Events category under the Party sub-category. There is also an Explorer stamp in which you need to visit all the party decorated rooms – but it’s a members-only stamp.

That’s it for the Coins For Change stamps. Remember, you can donate to any sub-charity whenever you want. You can donate until December 27th. This has been Ninjinian posting about Coins For Change.

Holiday Party 2010 Construction

Construction for the Holiday Party has been laid out around parts of Club Penguin. The only places I’ve seen construction is at the Town, Night Club, Dance Lounge and Beach. Anywhere else where there’s construction?

At the Dance Lounge, you can see the Sleigh Ride being rebuilt and painted. This is a member’s only ride where you drop off presents to others igloos just like Santa. It’s a cool ride to enjoy too.

Now if you check out the construction at the Beach… it is quite strange. There are green tubes in boxes and a couple of closed boxes. It turns out they are from Rockhopper. There’s a note on one of the boxes which says: “I be leavin’ these tubes with ye! Me and Yarr be visitin’ soon for Coins For Change.”

We’ve found out what the tubes are for slightly because of the Better Igloos catalog – they are purchasable and is called a Donation Tube – maybe this is a new way to donate to Coins for Change? Any more ideas on what they could be for? Comment on what you think of the Donation Tube.  This has been Ninjinian the Holiday Party construction.

Club Penguin’s Card-Jitsu Water!

Card-Jitsu Water has finally arrived! It’s come a day early, as usual. It came at approx. 6:30pm UK time. So member-ninjas can now play Card-Jitsu Water. Normal can take a small journey to the Courtyard and to the Ninja Hideout to check out the room updates. The Dojo Courtyard has been decorated to celebrate Card-Jitsu Water, so go check out that too.

At the Ninja Hideout, blue lanterns have been put up, including Water banners. The entrance to the Water Dojo is at the Water Stone to the right of the Dojo. It is at the same place as the Fire Stone, but it’s just on the right of the Flying Flippers Emporium.

This is how the Water Dojo Entrance appears. The stones outside the Flying Flippers Emporium close in and out comes the Entrance. If you do not have the Amulet, it has a note on the door by Sensei which tells you to go buy it. If you don’t have it, you can’t enter.

This is the finished Water Dojo. It looks similar to the Fire Dojo, but it a bit different. The entrance is near your chat bar and the entrance to the Fire Dojo is to the right. Put your cursor on the pillow, blue smoke will form and Water Sensei will reveal himself. Posters are on the walls to help you a bit. Let’s have a look at those.

This is the Water Clothing Poster. There are four items you need to get your Water Suit. The first one is the Head Item, the Helmet of Oceans, then the Torrent Mask, then the Waterfall Coat and finally the Wave Sandals. To get them you need to challenge other players and earn each item one-by-one. You can check out your progress by clicking the card icon in the bottom-right corner.

Below is the Instructions poster. To earn your Water Items, you need to go up to Sensei and choose ‘Earn Your Water Suit’. When you got all your items and need to become an official Water Ninja, chose ‘Challenge Sensei’ and win a match against him.

Now let’s go to the Water Sensei and have a little chat.

Talking to Sensei

Walk over to him. He will first say “Welcome Ninja-san to the Waterfall. Here your journey continues. Train here and you will grow strong and learn the ways of the Water Ninja.”

First, you’ll need a Water Booster Deck to play Card-Jitsu Water. They will be added to your inventory and you can use them when you play.

He then says “If you see something you find curious, click it and I will explain…” He means his Water Suit and Amulet. So click his Water Suit. It will first glow.

He says “You have some interest in this grand Suit of Water? I shall explain it.” Throughout this journey, you will earn pieces to your Water Ninja Suit.

“Nifty, hey?” Yes, definitely nifty, wise Sensei. 😀

Once completed, challenge Sensei. If you win you will earn the Water Gem to add to you’re Amulet. Only when you beat Sensei will you officially become a Water Ninja. This Amulet is the key to the elements, and mastering them. As you continue your journey, you will earn gems that will prove your skill.

Carry the Amulet with you and it will open the way to many places, such as the Fire Dojo and the Water Dojo – and lastly, the Snow Dojo!

Enough of Sensei, now it’s time to learn how to play Card-Jitsu Water!

How to Play

The objective is to get to the gong, which is on the other side. First, choose a card that scrolls down the bottom of your screen. Then the element of the card you’ve chosen, you have to destroy the opposite element, e.g. Fire beats Snow. There are tiles that have fire balls, water puddles and snow on them.

You need to pick a tile to throw that element of the card onto. You can only move to the squares that are green. So imagine that you chose a Fire card. You will throw a Fire card onto a square that has snow on it, then you can proceed forward. It could take more than one go to extinguish that square’s element because it might have a bigger Fire, bigger puddle or bigger snow amount on it. Remember, if you accidently throw a Snow/Fire/Water element onto a Snow/Fire/Water stone, the amount of Snow/Fire/Water on the stone will increase and it will take more elements for you to extinguish it and move on!

If you are too slow, you will fall off the waterfall and you will loose – and will either come first, second, third or fourth, depending if you fall before or after your opponents. You need to pick an empty, glowing stone to move. You can move diagonally if you want. Reach the gong, and you win. Kick the gong to earn bonus experience points, and add elements to stones in front of your opponents to slow them down.

You can also throw any element onto an empty, glowing stone and move ahead.

Follow the same procedure to win. If you want the concept shorter: you need to choose a card, and then beat the opposing element of that card, e.g. Fire card. Then if it’s a Fire card, throw that element to a stone close to you that has Snow on it, cause Fire beats Snow. Keep doing that. Use any element-card you want: Fire beats Snow which beats Water which beats Fire.

You can also throw any element onto an empty, glowing stone and move ahead.

Above you can see a penguin falling off the edge because they took too long. Sometimes the fire, snow or water on the stone will be very big, so it will take more than one try to take it out and move ahead. If you throw a water element onto a water stone, the water on the stone will get bigger and it will take more tries for it to extinguish. Same with Fire and Snow.

Here you can see someone winning the match. When that happens, everybody automatically gets drowned by the waterfall and lose. The first time you get to the gong, you get a stamp.

And now I have earned my first Water Suit item, the Wave Sandals! Woohoo!

Well that’s it for our Card-Jitsu post! I hope you liked it! We’ll have a Tips for Card-Jitsu Water page up very soon, with the instructions on how to play, ways to getting stamps and some pointers. This has been Ninjinian posting the Card-Jitsu Water cheats! 😉
